The Clinic will focus on starts and turns. This is meant for swimmers who are still learning these skills and who would like extra instruction from the coaches. It is not required! Swimmers from any practice group are welcome, with the exception of Little Caps. Let Coach Shea know if you have questions! To help with planning, please RSVP if you plan to attend. You'll find the Clinic on our website under Events.

Please RSVP. There are two steps:

1) Check off each name as attending or not attending. **If you will be attending, but not eating, please write "not eating" in the comment box.** For any additional member of your party who plans to eat, please use the "Additional Guests" to pay for those meals, adding the names to the Comments box.

2) Visit the Shop to pay for your meals. Meals are $11 per person. Please ensure that the number of meals paid for match the number of RSVPs you submit.

The meal will be a pasta bar catered by HyVee: pasta with choice of meat, red or Alfredo sauce, salad, breadsticks, drinks and dessert. We look forward to celebrating with you!
